Every order goes through PGKB's compatibility review — at no extra charge. This includes valve-to-trim matching (Hansgrohe iBox, Dornbracht concealed bodies, TOTO thermostatic systems), rough-in dimension verification, faucet-to-sink clearance, and finish consistency across brands. PGKB also confirms real-time lead times on every item so there are no surprises once your contractor is on site.

Standard-finish lead times: TOTO ships in 3–5 days, Hansgrohe in 2–3 days, and Dornbracht in 7–10 days. Custom finishes (brushed gold, matte black, unlacquered brass) can add 4–12 weeks depending on the manufacturer. PGKB confirms exact lead times before you commit to any order, so your project timeline stays intact.

Yes. PGKB has a journeyman plumber on staff and direct manufacturer relationships for technical troubleshooting. Contractors get rough-in checks, valve/trim pairing guidance, clear spec documentation for submittals, and same-day troubleshooting when something doesn't fit on site. PGKB also visits job sites in the San Francisco Bay Area to coordinate directly with your team.

Uninstalled, unused in-stock products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt with photos — this applies to all products, including special orders. Special-order items are non-returnable and non-cancellable after 48 hours from order placement; damage to special-order items is handled through the manufacturer's warranty/RGA process. A 25% restocking fee applies to non-stock returns.

PGKB manages the entire RGA (Return Goods Authorization) process on your behalf. Contact PGKB with photos and your order number — the team files the claim with the manufacturer, coordinates the replacement shipment, and verifies the replacement is correct before it ships. Most RGAs are approved within 3–5 business days.

No. PGKB handles everything from a single faucet replacement to a full multi-bathroom renovation with 30+ fixtures. That said, PGKB does its best work on complete projects where the full fixture package can be coordinated from selection through installation — ensuring compatibility and finish consistency across every piece.
