Every order goes through a compatibility review at no extra charge. We check valve-to-trim matching, rough-in dimensions, faucet-to-sink clearance, finish consistency, and current lead times before shipment.
Lead times vary by brand and finish. Standard finishes often move quickly, while custom finishes can add several weeks. We confirm the exact timing before you place an order.
Yes. We have a journeyman plumber on staff, direct manufacturer relationships, and hands-on support for rough-ins, submittals, and on-site troubleshooting in the Bay Area.
Yes. We ship nationwide and provide the same compatibility checks, lead-time confirmation, and delivery coordination no matter where the project is located.

Unused in-stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days with photos. Special-order items are non-returnable after 48 hours, and a 25% restocking fee applies to eligible non-stock returns.
